Who Am I
Hi 👋 My name is Apostolos.
I’m a Greek software engineer based in Thessaloniki, currently serving as Engineering Manager at InstaShop, a leading quick commerce company operating in the MENA region. My path has taken me through the European Commission, Toggl, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, CERTH, and HELLENiQ ENERGY. I have also co-founded and served as CTO of Social Mind, an e-commerce and digital marketing agency, from 2014 to 2021 (when I exited).
This publication has come a long way. It was born in 2017 as a PhD notepad on Open Source and Software Resilience. Over the years the writing quietly drifted from theory toward the real lessons of engineering leadership and then Software Antifragility was born.
